Terms of Service

1. The service

1Matic helps sellers prepare listing drafts, review pricing signals, connect supported channels, monitor results, and optionally use the Desktop Publisher for assisted web posting on supported marketplaces.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not use 1Matic in violation of applicable law, marketplace rules, or these Terms.

3. Your content and marketplace responsibility

• You are responsible for the photos, listings, pricing, condition details, and other content you upload or publish.
• You are responsible for complying with marketplace policies, seller obligations, and laws that apply to the items you list.
• You must review drafts, pricing suggestions, and photo edits before publishing.

4. AI and automation limits

• 1Matic may provide AI-assisted drafts, pricing signals, privacy-cleanup suggestions, and optional image edits.
• These features are assistive tools, not guarantees of accuracy, legality, marketability, or sale outcome.
• You may not use 1Matic to create misleading listings, hide material defects, or manipulate item condition dishonestly.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use 1Matic to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or marketplace terms.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass security, abuse automation, or interfere with the service.
• Use photo-editing or listing tools to hide material facts or mislead buyers.

6. Billing and subscriptions

• Some digital features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
• If you subscribe through Apple or Google, billing, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to the rules of that store.
• If you purchase through the web or another provider, billing terms for that provider apply.

7. Desktop Publisher

Desktop Publisher is an optional companion. It is not required to use the mobile app. It runs on your own computer and pauses for manual steps such as login, CAPTCHA, and final submit when those steps are required.

8. Privacy

Your use of 1Matic is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or misuse the product.
• You may stop using the service at any time.
• Account deletion is available in-app under Settings.

10. Disclaimers

1Matic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful marketplace publication, or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1Matic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
