1Matic is a listing-draft app. On your phone you photograph an item, get a draft, edit it, and copy the details. eBay login is optional. Pair Browser is an optional computer helper and is not required to use the app.

Getting started

  • Create an account in the mobile app.
  • Capture or upload photos to start a draft.
  • Review pricing insights and listing suggestions.
  • Connect eBay and complete readiness or setup if needed.

Pair Browser

  • Pair Browser is optional. The phone app works without it.
  • It uses TabWorker Relay, a free open-source Chrome or Edge extension on your computer.
  • It can fill a marketplace tab you already opened. You confirm before submit.

Billing and subscriptions

  • Mobile digital features sold in the app should use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing where required.
  • If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage billing through that store.
  • For support with account access or receipts, contact support.

Account deletion

  • Account deletion is available in the mobile app under Settings.
  • If you cannot access the app, use the outside-app deletion request instructions on the public Account Deletion page.
  • If the deletion flow fails, try again from the app and contact support if the problem continues.

Privacy and photo review

  • Photos and listing content may be processed to create drafts, pricing insights, and privacy-cleanup suggestions.
  • You review and approve photo suggestions before publishing.
