1Matic is a mobile-first selling workspace. The strongest direct mobile path today is listing prep, pricing insights, channel readiness, and eBay-focused setup and publish support. Desktop Publisher is optional and only used for assisted web posting on supported marketplaces.

Getting started

  • Create an account in the mobile app.
  • Capture or upload photos to start a draft.
  • Review pricing insights and listing suggestions.
  • Connect eBay and complete readiness or setup if needed.

Desktop Publisher

  • Desktop Publisher is optional.
  • Use it only when you need assisted web posting on supported marketplaces.
  • It pauses for login, CAPTCHA, and final submit so you stay in control.
  • If a desktop-assisted run stalls, copy a support snapshot before contacting support.

Billing and subscriptions

  • Mobile digital features sold in the app should use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing where required.
  • If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage billing through that store.
  • For support with account access or receipts, contact support.

Account deletion

  • Account deletion is available in the mobile app under Settings.
  • If you cannot access the app, use the outside-app deletion request instructions on the public Account Deletion page.
  • If the deletion flow fails, try again from the app and contact support if the problem continues.

Privacy and photo review

  • Photos and listing content may be processed to create drafts, pricing insights, and privacy-cleanup suggestions.
  • You review and approve photo suggestions before publishing.
