1. What 1Matic does

1Matic is a mobile-first selling workspace that helps sellers prepare listing drafts, review pricing signals, connect supported channels, monitor results, and optionally use the Desktop Publisher for assisted web posting on supported marketplaces.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

• Email address and account credentials.
• Basic profile and subscription status information.
• Support communications you send to us.

Listing and photo data

• Photos you upload.
• Listing titles, descriptions, pricing, condition notes, category choices, and similar content.
• Photo review, privacy-cleanup, and image-edit decisions that you approve or reject.

Channel and marketplace information

• Supported channel connection status and readiness information.
• Marketplace account identifiers, tokens, or credentials required to complete the features you choose to use.
• Publish status, order, notification, and troubleshooting information returned by connected services.

Device and diagnostic information

• App version, device type, operating system, and basic crash or error details.
• Support snapshots or troubleshooting payloads that you explicitly choose to copy or share.
• Usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Billing information

• Subscription and purchase status.
• We do not store full payment card details when billing is handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor.

3. How we use information

• Provide and maintain the website, mobile app, and optional Desktop Publisher features.
• Create listing drafts, pricing insights, and photo-review suggestions.
• Complete supported channel connection, readiness, publish, order, and notification workflows.
• Provide customer support and investigate technical issues.
• Protect the service, detect abuse, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.
• Improve product reliability, compliance, and launch readiness.

4. AI and photo processing

1Matic may process uploaded photos and listing content to generate draft listings, pricing signals, privacy-cleanup suggestions, and other seller workflow assistance. Some photo-review or image-editing features may use third-party AI or cloud processing. You remain responsible for reviewing listing content and any edited images before publishing.

5. When we share information

• With service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or support 1Matic.
• With marketplaces or connected services when you direct 1Matic to connect, review, publish, or sync data.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, and support legitimate security or accounting needs. Retention may differ by data type.

7. Account deletion

Account deletion is available in the mobile app under Settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify eligible data within a reasonable period, subject to any information we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

8. Your choices

• You can review or update some account information in-app.
• You can control whether you use optional Desktop Publisher features.
• You can decide whether to apply or reject suggested photo edits before publishing.
• You can contact us with privacy or support requests.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

1Matic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
